Not really @outlander

I can give it a go however

Re: not coping

thanks @Snowie

So for task 2 of my assignment I was told I was a hired employee within a company (doesn't have a name etc) and I was to create a one page flyer for a fake bbq breakfast suited to what they wanted (so only allowed one font type, had to be a specific font size, border and had to insert a pic along with the details they provided to go onto the flyer. I was provided the date, time and where its being held but no other details.
For task 3, I have to 'write an email to my supervisior asking what foods would be at the bbq and whether there would be vegetarian and gluten free options'
I don't really know how to set it up, theres no name of the supervisior, company name or anything. just that I have to write an email to whoever the supervisor is asking about what food and options that would be available.
how would I make that sound professional and up to tafe standards?

Re: not coping

It has to quite formal @outlander

Usually you would put something along the lines of

To: Mr Susan Smith
Re: Mr Joseph Banks Employee No 12345
Reduction in hours

Dear Ms Smith

Blah blah blah blah

Re: not coping

If you are using Microsoft Word there might be an example @outlander

Re: not coping

I like what @Sans911 wrote @outlander

Dear Sir/Madam perhaps at the start
