Re: not coping

Yeah but I guess these things are important because it's in your work environment. So it impacts your day to day work. Egornomics makes your work place and space more efficient. Having enough breaks in your day makes you more productive, etc.

So the other thing you might be able to talk about is your work station or desk. Why are they designed in a certain way? Who does it benefit, and how? What does my employer need to consider about the design of my desk and how does a desk make things easier?

Or talk about why it's important to have an organised workspace & the importance of your employer in not only arranging but maintaining order. It's because it provides a clear, uncluttered space so it's easier to find anything you need. It standardises the space so everyone knows where to find what they need. It looks professional so therefore instils in visitors a sense of a responsible organisation/workplace.

Not sure if what I'm saying is right here @outlander or utter BS, 😅

Re: not coping

Work breaks is a bit easier I think. So breaks allow for rest and recovery. Decrease in stress. Leads to more efficient and productive employees.

I can't think of a second thing atm.

@outlander

Re: not coping

Hmm with the last one all I can think of is things like light sensors, power saving equipment, stuff like that. It helps efficiency by reducing costs.

Only using what you need in terms of resources might help with costs (less outlay) to the clinic or practice.

@outlander are these at all helping? Do you think they might be what is required?
