You know what? I had to read your post 5-6 times to get the message. My head was in la la land!

My week was productive so that makes me feel good. There was also one good day of sun which I noticed really lifted my spirits.

i know what you mean @tyme i get brain fog too. 

yes a beautiful sunny day here today, 20 degrees it was so nice to sit outside in the sun. 

i got a lot of work done on the house this week, got a new split system installed and put in 2 windows. so im happy

I have 2 splits, 4 ceiling fans and wood heater. I finally put electric blanket on bed, got daily use down to like 3kw lol

I only use my electric blanket to heat up my bed before I get in it, other than that I just use my wheat bag.

I go to bed about 7.30 but most afternoons I'm in bed early afternoons. In between these times I Usually take dog for a walk.
