Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

Talking about "So alone in a digital world"

Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

Hi @believeinme

As promised on the other thread ....

Maybe scroll back a few pages and have a look around ?

We have some night owls floating around, and there are a few about tonight, so you might get an answer or two if you keep posting.

I hope you feel welcome here.

Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

Laying down
with a frown
I'm sore to move
And achy too

I'm in a dark spot
With all that lot
I don't want to talk
Just leave me alone

I'm stuck with life
I'm just a wife
A daughter and a mum
It hasn't been any fun

I wish I wasn't here
Oh damn now I have a tear
For I know what happened to me
And I will never be free

Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

Hate my life right now
Just wish there was a way out
I'm not that strong like you think
Just let me have another drink

I'm tired of hearing about others
At work
And all the things they have
For I have nothing

My life is one big hole......

Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

Are you OK (as can be) and safe @BlueBay

your post is very dark and worrying

what do you usually do when your mind is in this space?

Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

Hi @BlueBay

Are you still awake ?

Its still quite early over here, if you're up to talking for a bit ,... it sounds like someone has upset you.  Was it that person at work again today ?

What is Jersey doing now ... Is she asleep ?

My S2 and DIL came over tonight .... I don't see them very often .... and they brought Chinese food .... it cheered my Dad up a bit.  He's still feeling really tired and run down.  He really likes Chinese omelette, so they got a lot of brownie points for that !

They said their dog love prawn crackers !!  I had never thought about that, but I know our dog goes nuts for fish, so it makes sense really ....

Have you ever tried Jersey on prawn crackers ?

IRISH BLESSING
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
The rains fall soft upon your fields
And until we meet again,
May God hold you
In the palm of his hand.

SERENITY PRAYER
Grant me the serenity to ACCEPT the things i cannot change, COURAGE to change the things i can, And the WISDOM to know the difference.
